Article 5 Amendments to article 22 (circumstances in which no ROCs are to be issued in respect of electricity generated from renewable sources)

Article 22 of the 2009 Order^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) omit each reference to “or fossil derived bioliquid”.

(3)

After paragraph (3)(a)(iv) omit “or”.

(4)

After paragraph (3)(a)(v)—

(a)

omit “and”; and

(b)

insert—

“(vi)
corrosion control; or

(vii)
fouling reduction, and”.
