# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 10: Amendments to article 30B of the 2009 Order (wave and tidal stream generating stations)


(1) Article 30B of the 2009 Order is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4), before “renewable output” insert “RO eligible”.
(3) In paragraph (6) omit the definition of “total installed capacity”.
