# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 16: Amendments to article 57 (functions of the Authority)


(1) Article 57 of the 2009 Order is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(a), for “and accreditation in accordance with article 58” substitute “in accordance with article 58 and accreditation in accordance with article 58ZZA”.
(3) In paragraph (2)(b) omit “or 54(4)”.
