Article 19 Amendments to article 58A of the 2009 Order (registration of offshore wind turbines)

Article 58A of the 2009 Order^f1 is amended as follows.

After paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A)

An application to register one or more wind turbines under this article must be accompanied by—

(a)

one of the documents referred to in article 58B(5)(a),

(b)

one of the documents referred to in article 58B(5)(b), and

(c)

a declaration made in writing by the operator of the generating station that the national system operator has been sent a copy of the application.”.

In paragraph (4), for “paragraph (3)” substitute “paragraphs (3) and (3A)”.
