  "heading": "The 2009 Order: Schedules 2, 3, 4",
  "text": "In Schedule 2 (electricity to be stated in NIROCs)—\n(a) In Part 2 (Interpretation), at the appropriate place insert—\n““dedicated biomass with CHP” means electricity generated from regular biomass by a qualifying combined heat and power generating station in a month in which the generating station generates electricity only from regular biomass or only from biomass;” and\n““dedicated energy crops with CHP” means electricity generated from energy crops by a qualifying combined heat and power generating station in a month in which the generating station generates electricity only from energy crops or only from biomass;”.\n(b) Parts 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 2 shall be deleted and replaced by—\n“PART 2\nAMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY TO BE STATED IN NIROCS GENERALLY\nArticles 25(4) and (5) and 31(3)\nGeneration type\nAmount of electricity to be stated in a NIROC\nElectricity generated from sewage gas\n2 megawatt hours\nCo-firing of biomass\nOnshore wind\nHydro-electric\nElectricity generated from landfill gas\nCo-firing of energy crops\nEnergy from waste with CHP\n1 megawatt hour\nGeopressure\nCo-firing of biomass with CHP\nStandard gasification\nStandard pyrolysis\nOffshore wind\nDedicated biomass\nCo-firing of energy crops with CHP\n2 3 megawatt hour\nWave\nTidal-stream\nAdvanced gasification\nAdvanced pyrolysis\nAD\nDedicated energy crops\n1 2 megawatt hour\nDedicated biomass with CHP\nSolar photovoltaic\nGeothermal\nTidal impoundment – tidal barrage\nTidal impoundment – tidal lagoon\nPART 3\nAMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY TO BE STATED IN NIROCS WHERE ARTICLE 28(3) APPLIES\nArticle 28(3)\nGeneration type\nAmount of electricity to be stated in a NIROC\nElectricity generated from sewage gas\nOffshore wind\nWave\nSolar photovoltaic\n1 megawatt hour\nPART 4\nAMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY TO BE STATED IN NIROCS WHERE ARTICLE 28(5) OR ARTICLE 29(4) APPLIES\nArticle 28(5) and (6) and 39\nGeneration type\nAmount of electricity to be stated in a NIROC\nElectricity generated from sewage gas\n1 megawatt hour\n”",
