Article 14 Amendment to Article 49 (functions of the Authority)

In Article 49 of the 2009 Order, after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

The Authority must, as soon as reasonably practicable after each obligation period, forward to the Department a summary of the sustainability information submitted to it during that period.”.
