# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013, Article 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and comes into operation on 1st May 2013.
(2) In this Order, “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
