Article 26 Amendments to Article 46 (information to be provided to the Authority where electricity is generated from biomass or fossil derived bioliquid)

Article 46 of the 2009 Order^f1 is amended as follows.

In the heading, omit “or fossil derived bioliquid”.

(3)

At the beginning of paragraph (3)(j), insert “where the biomass was not a bioliquid,”.

(4)

Omit paragraph (7).
