  "text": "(1) Article 21 of the 2009 Order is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1) omit each reference to “or fossil derived bioliquid”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)(a)(iv) omit “or”.\n(4) In paragraph (3)(a)(v) omit “and”.\n(5) After paragraph (3)(a)(v) insert—\n“(vi) corrosion control; or\n(vii) fouling reduction, and”.",
