Article 2 Modification of the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009^f1 is modified as follows.

Article 2(1) (interpretation) is to be read, for the 12-month period beginning with the day on which this Order comes into operation, as if for the definition of “CHPQA” there were substituted—

• ““CHPQA” means the Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance Standard, Issue 8, March 2021 and Guidance Note 44 (Use of CHPQA in respect of the Renewables Obligations and Contracts for Difference), Issue 7, December 2018;”.
