Article 2 Amendments to the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009f1 is amended as follows.

  • In article 2(1) (interpretation), at the appropriate place, insert—

    • ““consumer prices index” means

      1. (a)

        the consumer prices index calculated and published by the Statistics Boardf2 or

      2. (b)

        where the index is not published for a month, any substituted index or figures published by the Statistics Board;”
