# The Renewables Obligation Closure Order (Northern Ireland) 2016, Article 3: No certificates to be issued in respect of electricity generated after 31stMarch 2016 by large onshore wind generating stations


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no renewables obligation certificates are to be issued under a renewables obligation order in respect of electricity generated after 31st March 2016 by a large onshore wind generating station.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to electricity generated in any one or more of the circumstances set out in Articles 4 to 12.
