  "text": "A person may only be the registered holder of a ROC or have an entry made and maintained in respect of them under article 4(4)(b) if they provide to the Authority in writing—\n(a) evidence of their identity; and\n(b) details of persons authorised to act on their behalf in respect of the production of ROCs as the evidence or part of the evidence required under article 3(1) and in respect of requests for amendments to be made to the Register as provided for in this Schedule.",
