  "text": "(1) Article 17 of the 2006 Order (criteria for issue of ROCs: supplemental) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)(b)—\n(a) after “32B(2A)” insert “or (2AA)”; and\n(b) after “satisfied that” insert “all of”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a)—\n(i) after “32B(2A)” insert “or (2AA)”; and\n(ii) after “to” insert “all or part of”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—\n(i) after “32B(2A)” insert “, (2AA), (2AB) or (2AC)”; and\n(ii) after “resulted in” insert “all or part of”; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “the operator of the generating station” substitute “the operator of any generating station to which the ROC relates”.\n(4) In paragraph (4), for “used by the generating station” substitute “used by any generating station to which the ROC relates”.",
