  "heading": "Revocation of ROCs",
  "text": "(1) Article 20 of the 2006 Order (revocation of ROCs) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “any connected person” insert “or, where ROCs are issued to an agent by virtue of article 15A, that agent”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—\n(i) after “32B(2A)” insert “or (2AA)”; and\n(ii) after “satisfied that” insert “all of”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)(a), omit “respect of the generating station in respect of”.\n(4) In paragraph (4)(b)—\n(a) for “other than when a ROC has been revoked in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)” substitute “subject to paragraph (4A)”;\n(b) after “(5)” insert “or, as the case may be, (6)”;\n(c) for “article 17” substitute “articles 17 and 17A”; and\n(d) at the end insert “or, as the case may be, 15A”.\n(5) After paragraph (4) insert—\n“(4A) Where the revoked ROC was revoked in accordance with paragraph (1)(a), paragraph (4)(b) shall not apply unless—\n(a) the revoked ROC certified the matters within section 32B(2ZA), (2AA) or (2AC) of the Act; and\n(b) the reason for its revocation is unrelated to the generating station or stations in respect of which the replacement ROC is to be issued.”.\n(6) In paragraph (5), after the words “replacement ROC”, where first appearing, insert “certifying the matters within section 32B(2), (2A) or (2AB) of the Act”.\n(7) After paragraph (5) insert—\n“(6) Where pursuant to paragraph (4)(b) the Authority issues a replacement ROC certifying the matters within section 32B(2ZA), (2AA) or (2AC) of the Act it shall do so in accordance with article 18.”.",
