  "text": "(1) This article applies to a generating station which—\n(a) is a microgenerator, and\n(b) has not had a declared net capacity in excess of 50 kilowatts at any time after 31st March 2009.\n(2) Each ROC to be issued in respect of electricity generated—\n(a) by a generating station to which this article applies, and\n(b) using a category of generating capacity described in the first column of Part 4 of Schedule 5,\nmust state the amount of electricity which corresponds to that description in the second column of that Part of that Schedule.\n(3) This article is subject to article 41.",
