Article 59 Generating stations using Solid Recovered Fuel
ROCs are not to be issued in respect of any electricity generated by a generating station from Solid Recovered Fuel unless—
(a)
the Solid Recovered Fuel constitutes biomass, or
(b)
the generating station is a qualifying CHP station.
