Paragraph 2 Land criteria: bioliquids
A consignment of bioliquid meets the land criteria if the biomaterial from which the fuel was made—
(a)
was not obtained from a protected source,
(b)
was residue (other than residue from agriculture, aquaculture, fisheries or forestry), or
(c)
was waste.
