# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2026, Article 5: Amendment of article 12 (determining the number of renewables obligation certificates to be produced by a designated electricity supplier)


In article 12(A1) for “in respect of which article 12A applies” substitute “beginning on or after 1 April 2019”.
