# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2014, Article 21: Registration as a grace period generating station


(1) Article 58ZA is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b), omit “under article 58(4)”.
(3) In paragraph (8), omit “under article 58(9)”.
