Article 22 Registration of offshore wind turbines

Article 58A^f1 is amended as follows.

After paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A)

An application to register one or more wind turbines under this article must be accompanied by—

(a)

one of the documents referred to in article 58B(5)(a);

(b)

one of the documents referred to in article 58B(5)(b); and

(c)

a declaration made in writing from the operator of the generating station that the national system operator has been sent a copy of the application.”

In paragraph (4) for “paragraph (3)” substitute “paragraphs (3) and (3A)”.
