# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026 and comes into force on 1 April 2026.
(2) In this Order “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009.
