# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
