# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2007, Paragraph 24


In the case of a generating station referred to in paragraph 23 the reference to “month” in each place where it occurs in this Schedule shall be taken to be a reference to “obligation period” where “obligation period” has the meaning that it has in the NIRO Order under which the NIROC in question was issued.
