  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 253B(7) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nCriminal Law\nMade 2021\nComing into force 10th February 2021\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 253B(5) and (6) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 253B(7) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
