Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Restitution Fund (Scotland) Order 2025 and comes into force on 24 June 2025.

In this Order—

• “the 2021 Order”means the Restitution Fund (Scotland) Order 2021^f1.

• “the Fund” means the Restitution Fund established, maintained and administered under section 253B of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 and this Order.
