Paragraph 100 Financial Services Act 2021

The Financial Services Act 2021f1 is amended as follows.

In section 5(6) for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
(3)
In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a)
paragraph (a) of the definition of “enactment” in section 47;
(b)
Schedule 6, in the text inserted as the definition of “enactment” in paragraph 60(9) of Schedule 2A to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000f2.
