# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 2: Laying of Documents before Parliament (Interpretation) Act 1948


In section 1(1) of the Laying of Documents before Parliament (Interpretation) Act 1948 for “retained direct EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated direct”.
