Paragraph 31 Water Resources Act 1991

The Water Resources Act 1991^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

section 102(a)^f2;

(b)

section 116(1)(a)^f3.

(3)

In section 204(2)(k)^f4 for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”.
