# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 33: Criminal Justice Act 1993


In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1993, in paragraph 5(1)(a)(i), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”.
