The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

Article 67(2A)(a)(ii) and (b)(iii)^f2, in the text of the modifications;

(b)

Article 67(4C)(c) and (6)(d)^f3;

(c)

Article 67A(7C)(b)^f4.
