# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 37: Private International Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995


(1) The Private International Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a) section 15A(2);
(b) section 15B(2).
