# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 4: Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967


(1) The Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a) section 2(1);
(b) section 3(1).
