  "text": "(1) The Competition Act 1998 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the following provisions for “retained” substitute “assimilated”—\n(a) in the heading of section 10 and in section 10(4)(b)(i) and (12);\n(b) in the heading of section 10A;\n(c) section 46(3)(e);\n(d) section 59(1), in the definitions of “retained block exemption regulation” and “retained exemption”;\n(e) in the heading of paragraph 9 of Schedule 9.\n(3) In the following provisions for “a retained” substitute “an assimilated”—\n(a) section 10(A1), (3), (4) (in the words before paragraph (b)) and (5)(a);\n(b) section 10A(1), (3) and (5);\n(c) section 25(8)(a) and (10);\n(d) paragraph 9(a)(i) of Schedule 9.",
