Paragraph 45 Utilities Act 2000

The Utilities Act 2000^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 105(4)(h)^f2 for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”.

(3)

In section 106(1)^f3, in the definition of “designated regulatory function”, for “retained EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated”.
