# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 51: Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003


In the text of the modifications made by section 37(4) and (6) of the Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003—
(a) for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”;
(b) for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”.
