Paragraph 53 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004

The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions, for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

section 38A(6)^f2;

(b)

paragraphs 11(2)(d) and 14(4) and (6)(a) of Schedule A2^f3.
