# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 54: Gender Recognition Act 2004


In section 21(6) of the Gender Recognition Act 2004—
(a) for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”;
(b) omit “or 4”.
