Paragraph 56 Pensions Act 2004

(1)

The Pensions Act 2004^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

section 87(2)(h)^f2;

(b)

section 201(2)(g)^f3.
