# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 61: Companies Act 2006


(1) The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a) section 461(4)(h);
(b) section 1254(1)(a);
(c) paragraph 78 of Schedule 11A.
