  "text": "(1) The Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated’’—\n(a) section 1(8)(c);\n(b) section 7(9)(c);\n(c) section 26(7) in the definition of “relevant function”.",
