# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 77: Financial Services Act 2012


(1) The Financial Services Act 2012 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a) section 82(3)(a);
(b) section 93(8B)(a).
