# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 84: Consumer Rights Act 2015


(1) The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a) section 32(3);
(b) section 74(2).
