# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 86: Environmental Better Regulation Act (Northern Ireland) 2016


(1) The Environmental Better Regulation Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a) section 1(1)(b);
(b) paragraph 3(4)(b) of Schedule 1.
