# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 87: Data Protection Act 2018


In section 205 of the Data Protection Act 2018—
(a) in paragraph (f) of the definition of “enactment” in subsection (1), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”;
(b) in subsection (5) for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
