Paragraph 89 European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018

The European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 5A^f2 for “, 3 or 4”, in each place it appears, substitute “or 3”.

(3)

In section 7(4A)^f3 omit “, and anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4,”.

(4)

In section 20 omit subsection (7).

(5)

In section 21(1), in the Table omit the entry relating to “anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4”.

(6)

In the following paragraphs of Schedule 8 omit “or anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4” (in each place it appears)—

(a)

paragraph 3(1)^f4;

(b)

paragraph 11A(2) and (3)^f5;

(c)

paragraph 11B(2) and (3)^f6;

(d)

paragraph 12(4)(b)^f7.
