# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 9: Consumer Credit Act 1974


(1) The Consumer Credit Act 1974 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”—
(a) section 98A(5)(a);
(b) section 157(2A)(b).
