# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 91: Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020


(1) The Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 2(6)—
(a) for the comma after “retained domestic case law” substitute “and”;
(b) omit “and “retained general principles of EU law””.
(3) In section 4(5) for “Retained direct EU” substitute “Assimilated direct”.
