  "text": "(1) The Agriculture Act 2020 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” (in each place it appears, including any heading) substitute “assimilated direct”—\n(a) section 7(3);\n(b) section 14;\n(c) section 15(1);\n(d) section 16;\n(e) section 18;\n(f) section 21(3);\n(g) section 22;\n(h) section 32(6);\n(i) section 42(7);\n(j) section 47(6) and (8);\n(k) section 50(3) and (4);\n(l) section 51, in the definition of “subordinate legislation”;\n(m) section 53(7);\n(n) paragraphs 1, 4, 5 and 6 of Part 1 and paragraphs 8 and 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 5;\n(o) paragraphs 1, 5, 6 and 7 of Part 1 and paragraphs 8 and 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 6.",
