# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 94: Fisheries Act 2020


(1) The Fisheries Act 2020 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a) section 23(11);
(b) section 26(2)(b);
(c) section 52, in the definition of “subordinate legislation”.
